What can I say about my "Poppy"?
She is my "everything" dog. She finished her championship
while still under 18 months of age, including one weekend of
back-to-back 5 point majors. Then she earned her CD in 3
straight shows at the Louisville cluster with a first place out of
28 entries her very first time in the ring. And, she has
earned her Rally Novice title at age 9!
At age 2 she passed the Delta
Society's stringent temperament test to become a Therapy Dog, and
together we volunteered at the hospital in the rehab unit for 4
years. She has been my companion,
confidante and my own personal therapy dog through the loss of my
husband, my cancer and a move to a new home.
